Product's good but things that come along very poor quality

I bought this 2 months ago and no doubt the heater is amazing but the strip that comes with it broke while the heater was on the wall. It fell down on the floor. My plumber advised me before he was putting it on the wall but I thought this comes from the company so might be safe. Please change the strip on which the heater hangs to a more safer one. Thanks to ALLAH nobody got hurt.
