Tala Patterned Design Paper Jam Pot Covers (Pack of 12)

I ordered these to make some Jam and Chutneys, These will look lovely.

Very good did the job

They are extremely fiddly and slippery, even without the cellophane on top. The title says it all really. I make preserves and jams throughout the year and have made and bought covers. As I was away from home and staying with my son i made some jam for his work colleagues and wanted to dress them up, and so bought the covers. I almost gave up. They look nice, but not to my usual standard, hence the ribbon, to make it astheticly pleasing, and stuck it with sticky tape to secure it. I will not buy them again, and do not recommend.

Poor quality, not worth the money

The Tala Jam Pot Covers are made from a thick rigid paper that is difficult to secure around the pots with the rubber bands supplied. They are very good quality- but sadly not fit for purpose. The rubber bands supplied fail to secure the rigid paper around the jam pot top. I later bought the far cheaper paper covers that did the job far more effectively and much cheaper!

I knew these had paper pieces but everytime I tried to fit them to a jam jar they split. Not wide enough for normal sized jam jars and the circle in the middle is too small. I bought some replacements for these which were fine but would not recommend these.

These were absolutely no good elastic bands kept springing off jars and the paper was so stiff I couldn’t even use the do not ge these they are horrible I ended up making my own from some Xmas serviettes waste of money should have refund really iv never been disappointed before from Amazon this product was unusable bands pinged my skin as I’m 79 with thin skin ouch never again useless waste of money
