yes it will on average you can run this card with zen 5 series ir i5 series with a 400 watt psu. now if you water cool, or use alot of fans, just calculate how much power is used. i ran a msi 1660 super with an i5 off 350 watt. while the previous answer said yes but an 80 plus is correct you should buy lower than a gold rated psu
