Not induction friendly!
My fault - in UK Avalon’s Advanced Hard range is induction friendly but this colour is discontinued. So paid extra to import from US. Looks stunning - wonderful size. But does not work on induction hob so completely useless to me. In fairness, the description does not say it is induction friendly. Equally, it does not warn that it is not. I just assumed the same brand/model would be the same in US. So disappointed.

Easy to cook, easy to clean
I love this pot. I had bought a Dutch oven a couple of years ago. It just sits on my counter looking pretty. This Anolon pot is light compared to a Dutch oven and definitely cleans up much easier, yet serves the same purpose. It's very light weight.

Unique shape covered pan
Nice large square covered pan. Used it to cook corned beef, and the 2 briskets stacked nicely and turned out beautifully. Be mindful that the pan is square, not rectangular. I didn't realize that the measurements included the handles.

Soooo big!!!
I love it! I can't wait to cook a large chicken or a large roast!!! There isn't a steam hole in the lid, but the square lid can sit cockeyed ----works great!!! I first saw it on Zullily, but they sold out and I did't want to wait so I ordered from Amszon--got in 2 days. I cooked chicken breasts for chicken enchiladas{5} today and it worked great!!!
