Short life battery
Very short battery life. Stopped charging in 4 months

The battery started loosing capacity within a few months until it would not hold charge at all.

Buyer beware!
I purchased the Bissell Multi-Reach Ion CL 25V at ACE Yas Island in Feb-2020. The vacuum began losing battery charge retention after about 9 months. I brought it in to Bissell Repair Sharjah and have been told it’s the battery and I need to replace the handheld unit (610 aed) as Bissell doesn’t stock the replacement batteries. So consider carefully; you may pay 900+ aed to use this vacuum for less than a year. Not good value and reckless business practice.
