Q: What is the difference between standard and large?

The leg sleeves of the two models have different sizes. If you are of medium build, you can choose "standard". If you love sports and have developed leg muscles, you can choose "large". We strongly recommend that you measure the circumference and height of your lower leg to choose the right size. Hope you have a good shopping experience.

Q: do these provide protection all the way around your lower leg, or just the shin?

Our Snake guards do provide 360° protection for your calves, against rattlesnakes and other poisonous snakes, thorns, cactus needles, and other dangers you may come across in the woods or the desert. Good for surveyors or lawn crews when working in snake infested areas.

Q: What is the material, uhmwpe fabric?

There isn’t the UHMWPE inside IC ICLOVER Snake Guards. According to customers' feedback, the inside UHMWPE board stucked their feet sometimes. So we have upgraded our snake guards. The IC ICLOVER Snake Guards are clothed with stab-resistant material now, lightweight and tough enough to withstand the snake's fangs. Compared with the UHMWPE, our stab-resistant material is lighter, more comfortable and durable. It can provide you with the best using experience while ensuring your personal safety.
