Helps with my digestion, sense of calm. Local store was no longer carrying it, so Amazon was the only option.

This is the 3rd bottle that I have bough so far and I am satisfied with the results. The alleged benefits that the manufacturer exposes, have been noticed since the beginning of the first bottle. Cranberry may tint your stools with a reddish color but is a consequence with no harm. Cannot guarantee its effect on someone else but 3 in my family group has tested and so far...so good. By the way, I came across this product by our Gastroenterology MD.

I've been taking these about ten years. So obviously I feel they make a difference. They keep me from having that sense of urgency.

Cran + was recommended by patient's urologist while he was taking antibotics for a UTI. After several more UTI's (some cleared by antibotics, some with antibotics and probiotics), the patient was started on Cran + alone (no antibotics). Since starting Cran+, the patient is going through his longest period of time without a UTI since his stroke and his caretaker gives credit to Cran+.
