It was cooling but with no real strong substance to tolerate the freezer
It was cracked at the handle , and the crack increased to the bottom of the mug

keeps liquids colder longer than my older mug
I like this mug, the liquic seems to stay cold longer than my old one. The only thing I am disappointed with is that it isn't dishwasher safe, otherwise it is great.

We ordered a set of four as these freezer mugs are hard to find in stores. Quality is excellent. They keep drinks icy cold and are sturdy. Good purchase.

Wanted a high quality mug....
This is a high quality mug. It turns a cold drink into a slushie in no time. Great for cordials & soft drinks. Easily able to see how much is left. Big handle for big hands. It is a real treat using this mug.Edit 1:Bought a second one, still not disappointed. Do yourself a favour and get one of these bad boys.Edit 2:It has been a smidge over one year since buying 2 of these and I can say that they are still very, very good. We use them just about every day and they are still holding up. Bloody marvellous

best "frosty mug" ever
Very pleased with them (we ordered two). You can put a warm beer in the empty frozen mug and it will chill the beer in a couple of minutes. Be careful if he beer is already cold as when you pour it into the mug, you will get ice caps on the surface :)
