Warm for hours
Loved that you can chuck this in the microwave for about 2 minutes and have a nice warm pack for about 2 hours.

Product was easy to use and was comfortable to wear. However, to me it did not seem like it got hot enough- or not nearly as warm as my electric heat pad. You are supposed to only heat this for a max of 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, it was still only lukewarm to the touch so I heated it in 30 second increments. I think i got to 4 min in total and then half of the inner bubbles burst. It still didn’t feel real warm to the touch!!! Even though the inner bubbles burst and the liquid flowed out, it is still contained by the outer layer so it is still usable . It actually fits a little better and conforms to my husbands arm a bit better now with half of the inner bubbles gone. Husband still doesn’t think it gets real hot- and surely the heat doesn’t last that long. The cold pack by this brand is definitely better! Use an electric heat pad if you’re looking for a consistent and hotter pack!

I recently purchased the ThermalMAX Heat Pack, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. As someone who prefers heat therapy without the inconvenience of electric wires, this product was the perfect solution for me. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating. What I appreciate most about this heat pack is its simplicity and effectiveness. It provided me with the soothing warmth I needed to alleviate muscle tension and discomfort. The two-hour duration of the heat was ample time for me to relax and enjoy the therapeutic benefits. Whether I was targeting my neck, back, or other areas, the ThermalMAX Heat Pack delivered consistent and comforting heat. Furthermore, the convenience of being able to reuse this heat pack is a game-changer. Unlike disposable alternatives, this product offers long-term value and helps reduce waste. The activation process is straightforward and hassle-free, making it incredibly user-friendly. I found the pack to be durable and well-made, ensuring that it will withstand repeated use. In conclusion, the ThermalMAX Heat Pack has become an essential part of my pain

If i poke a hole in it i would buy it again. Neck saver to kill the pain. Love this brand. Cold packs are great too.

I really like this heat pack. It really did stay warm for an extended period. I love the cover. It's soft and comfortable. The strap is stretchy and keeps the pack in place. The warmth is nice and cozy, not too hot. The only reason i didn't give it a five is because the 3rd or fourth time i used it something happened to the bubbles on one half. They went rather flat. I followed the instructions correctly, so I'm not sure what happened. That side still gets and stays warm but not as long as the other half that still has "inflated" bubbles. Still a great product and I would recommend it to anyone with pain. I used it along with the cold pack for minor ligament tear.

It says to microwave for 1:30 for 1200 watts - and to lay flat. However, the product is too long to rotate in a standard microwave if it is laid flat! I also tried rotating it myself halfway through, but it barely gets warm at all. I realized that the plastic does get pretty warm, but you can't feel it through the comfort wrap hardly at all. The comfort wrap is a great idea - but maybe it is too thick - so you can't actually get the heat from the pack. If they made the wrap thinner and the pack a few inches shorter, this would be perfect. Otherwise, it's hard to heat and then barely feels warm at all.
