Does the honey or citrus oils in I Create Hold gel stain silver hair?

I have gray hair and don’t have any problems with it holding.

does this make hair crunchy when air dried?

It does create a cast (small crunchiness) but wait for it to dry completely and then scrunch it out. My looser curls are then super soft with a great hold.

Why does the ingredient list here have xanthan gum but the ingredient list for this product on Innersense's website does not?

No clue because that ingredient is not on the bottle.
