Wilton Bake-Even Cake Strips For Evenly Baked Cakes, 2-Piece Set, Purple, Fabric

Baking my cakes are like a hit or miss thing, sometimes they dome up, sometimes they are flat, sometimes they crack in the middle or sometimes they are flat like a plain field. Then I saw a baker in Youtube recommended this as a "secret" tool for bakers and it works wonder! I already tried this on several cakes and they always ends up flat at the top and the sides are evenly colored (not brown all over)! It will take a while to get use on how to insert and cinch it up (I am still getting used to it) but worth the effort. Super recommended.

Les bandes ont l'effet escompté : les gâteaux lèvent uniformément et ne craquellent quasiment plus ! Super outil. Bon à savoir : elles fonctionnent sur des moules 27cm, mais c'est vraiment le max possible !

Research these before buying! They're a great product that works well with my cake from scratch recipes, but some people have had issues with their own cakes not cooking as predicted when using them. I ADORE mine! Super easy to use (make sure they're soaked through! The material is slightly water resistant so that it retains it better), flat topped cakes, no darken around my white cakes, no crispy areas on my chocolate cakes!
