For the price, this is a great headset. The sound is clear, the microphone picks up sounds from a distant and it is easy to control.I work in a call centre so this is a must, I was spending £50 on headsets but this is the best quality so far.My problem with the headset is that it is very flimsy, because it is cheaper it is made from cheap material. The metal band at the top of the headset is very thin, and when I adjust the headset with the metal band I feel as though I might break it - I never have and I do adjust it quite frequently.For the price, it is an excellent headset.

Started using 7th Feb. Returns window closed 10th Mar. By 14th Mar only one side has sound (sometimes both sides click on and then it fades away, I think it’s faulty wiring). Comfortable to wear but not worth the money…just waiting on the other side to fail really.Update as of 7th May: just doesn’t come on at all. One side was working normally yesterday and now it doesn’t work at all.Impossible to get in contact with manufacturer and Amazon less than helpful.

The media could not be loaded. My doughter very happy with this usb headphone with microphone this is second time I have ordered the sound quality is really good and comfortable to wear and great value for the price.
