Item as described but would have been nice to have instruction manual included. Otherwise, smooth and quick transaction.

I ordered 3 , and am happy with 2 of them . One is defective and needs to be returned. Tried contacting to manufacturer . They were very helpful, but the machine is not working......

Is supposed to measure as little as 1 gram.Tried it starts at 5 grams.Have not decided to send it back yet but seems ok on bigger weights.
