my whole life i’ve been always just sitting in my comfort zone, and David Goggins has saved my life. the book showed me a side of me i never knew existed, and i’ve learned from each challenge and used them to my advantage. i’ve learned to push through limits and i’ve mastered the power of a calloused mind, all thanks to David Goggins and to this book, daily tasks which i’ve once seen difficult and disgusting are not a disturbance on my list. honestly one of the best books i’ve ever read and if you’re looking for change and not just for change but for obsession in being a better person, i highly recommend reading this book, and using its content as keys to being a better person.

Such a nice book honestly. David goggins life story is one to truly appreciate and the amount of detail and life changing ideology that goes into this book is immense. Definitely recommend this if you are looking for enervating ending motivation.

Once you read this book, there is no going back to being weak. This book will show you the life of the legend David Goggins and how he turned that pain into pure muscularity and strength. I advise every person between the ages of 16-30 to read this book.

Es un libro realmente inspirador para cualquier persona en cualquier situación. La forma cruda y real de contar las cosas para mí gusto le da ese toque de cercanía a personas que han pasado por situaciones similares, o que simplemente buscan ser un poco mejores en cualquier área de su vida. Junto a Never Finished, que es el otro libro suyo que también está incluido en la foto porque los pedí juntos, cambiaron mucho mi percepción sobre los límites que tenemos generalmente impuestos como sociedad. Incluso corrí un maratón y en una enorme parte fue gracias a este libro. Lo recomiendo tremendamente!
