How does the pencil work? Is the lead refillable? I cannot seem to get the led to come out.

Click with the clip. Once the pencil point is out, click again a little harder to push the lead out. Took me a few tries to get the feel of it. There is also refill lead in the cartridge. Once you figure it out it’s easy

Why is the pencil not working? I did push the clip down to reveal the barrel then pushed it few more times to make the lead comeout but still nothing.

Other than the description I see no where else that says 0.7mm .. the label.on the pen shows 0.5mm in 2 places.
