What is the upgrade on the wheels all about?

The performance of our plasmacar was slow and rough (on a flat, smooth concrete driveway) until I replaced the original cheap molded plastic wheels with polyurethane inline skate type wheels (size 80mm/83a). Now the car flies and our kids love it.

What is the plasma car made out of? Someone compared the "cheap plastic" swivel car to it.

I wouldn't say it was cheap plastic. It holds a 180 lb adult just fine.

My 5 yr old, 13 yr old, my wife, and even I ride on it (individually of course). In fact, I'm eager to buy another one once the weather warms up so we can race! I guarantee you and your little one(s) will love it!

Is this to young for a 8 year old boy?

Definitely not! My boys are 3 and 8 and love these! They both have one. Plus, my husband and I ride them all around the house too, they get around just as well.
