Alpine SWT Loaded Enclosure (SBT-S10V) 1000W Peak (350W RMS) SWT Series Single 10" Ported Subwoofer Enclosure

An excellent subwoofer that makes a huge difference to the overall sound in my F250. I installed it behind the back seat and it fit with no room to spare. I like the addition of the optional Alpine RUX-KNOB.2 to provide more control from the driver's seat. I also bought and installed an Alpine S-A60M S-Series Class D Mono Amplifier to run the subwoofer. I have an Alpine head unit and another Alpine amp running four Alpine speakers in the stock location. This is not a high-end audiophile system but it's pretty good for the money.

Did not get to here. I was told it would fit behind the rear seat of a double cab Tacoma. It did not. But it look great tho and I’m sure the sound was awesome being an alpine. Everything else in my vehicle is alpine but I had to resort to a pioneer sub to fit with out fab 🥺

Sounds really good in the cab of the truck under the rear seat. Isn’t a crazy hitting subwoofer but definitely hits lows really well and is the right kind of loud.

Sounded great until the plastic center of the cone came completely unglued. Received sub July 31st 2022. Willing to update review if shipping is covered and I get a replacement sub.

If you've got a basic 2-4 speaker setup and adding this sub I think you will be pleased to have the extra bass. Personally, I was replacing a 15 year old 10" sub w/ a sealed box for my ext. cab 1st gen Tacoma, hoping this would be a little cleaner and better sounding. Unfortunately, even after tuning the sub, amp together I was disappointed in this product. It does hit the lower range pretty well, but lacks punch and felt pretty weak at higher volume. I will say this sub is very compact and clean looking. But, as far as sound goes if you're looking for something that hits harder, go bigger and spend your money elsewhere.

Love this sub! I have always loved Alpine speakers, so I knew I would be getting a good product. I installed this myself with a BOSS amp and everything has worked great after a few months of having it. Running it in a Jeep and it packs the perfect amount of punch I need.

Love this sub fits under the seat in the back Perfect good bass clean look nice bass to shake the truck. A little on the pricey side but great sun all around

I installed this unit behind the rear seat of a Toyota Tundra Crewmax. Initially, I was very unsatisfied and wanted to return this item. The bass was clean at times, muddy at times, lacking at times, and peaking over the vocals/instrumentals during other times. However, before sending it back I decided to explore the features and functions of the amplifier and headunit. In short, I had 2 crossovers (one on the amp and one on the headunit) that were not being friendly with each other. I opened the amplifier crossover to a high frequency, killed the amplifier bass boost, and opted to make adjustments through the headunit. After finding favorable frequencies and slopes the subwoofer became very clean and really enhanced my music and DVDs. The alpine unit is not crazy loud but it does provide louder output than the previous sealed subwoofer. Also, my unit did not sound good with the port loading into a corner. Once moved towards the center of the wall, the bass was a lot more dispersed and couldn't be pinpointed.
