Gallbladder removed - enzyme support theory
I am recovering from having my gallbladder removed. I learned that one of the ways the body compensates for not having a gallbladder is to breakdown food using enzymes and that these particular enzymes held within these tablets help the body to do this as well. So far (1 per day) so good. I’ve had no issues or indigestion worries - caveat - I have been extra careful with my diet especially around fat. They taste really nice as well.

I started using papaya enzyme after having my gallbladder removed, as I found it difficult to digest fatty foods. While everyone’s experience will be different, I’ve personally found this to be very helpful as part of my routine. I am so glad I tried these! I have tried a couple other brands of digestive enzymes, and yes, they work, but I dread taking vitamins. These are great because they taste fruity and are chewable, so I am remembering to take them. I don't dread them! And they work very well! Recommend!!
