Does the LARGER SIZE COME WITH A DROPPER?

Yes. But I always remove the dropper and recap because I’ve read that it evaporates with the dropper always in it. I’ve had my bottle for ten months and still have some left. This is a GREAT buy. I paint my nails weekly, because I like a change of color. This product really works!!

This is confusing. Is it drops like the bottle says or is it a brush like the description says?

It comes with a glass dropper. No brush. It's oil based so a brush would only smear what the product is designed to do. I use about 2-3 drops per nail! :)

So you apply a few drops then what? How does it disperse over the entire nail?

You just put a few drops on each nail and it will bead off and saturate the nail pretty easily. If you have really really long nails you could just use a few extra drops some up top some down low. It’s a very effective product.
