This pot was recommended to me for frying donuts. Can someone comment?

It's great for donuts and any type of deep frying. Just make sure you have a thermometer to clip to the side such as a candy thermometer to keep the oil at the right temp.

Can you use this product on a flat top stove?

Yes you can, it is advised that when using enameled cast iron on any stove that you do not slide the product across stovetops or oven racks, rather if you need to move the pot pick it up. This way, the enamel and the device you are using to heat it are not damaged. I have used enameled cast iron and seasoned cast iron on stove top coils and on flat stove tops with great results from both surfaces.

What is the measurement of the tallest height and the widest length including handles? I need to know if it will fit in my little oven.

8 in high including the top, 14 in wide with the handles and 11 in wide on the side without the handles

Sooooo good for soup?

The only thing I'm not happy about is, I didn't buy it sooner. Yes my family is really liking the soups I have been making. It's large size is a plus for me and our large family. I know I'll use this even when cooking for just us. I have used it in the oven and stove top. It's a hit and the color is beautiful. I have the blue one.
