Not entirely happy. It was supposed to help with my heel spur pain but caused more pain. The lift was t what I needed and whilst it was soft it didn’t help.

Highly recommend!
My husband has a painful heel spur that was becoming very hard to walk on. While he is waiting to see what the doctor recommends, I purchased these heel cups to see if they would give him some relief. These have been extremely helpful and functional for the interim. They are not so thick that they are uncomfortable, but they do provide pain relief. They adhere to the heel without slipping around in his shoe. They seem durable and they are adaptable! These are a great investment for the money!
