There are no ingredients listed on the label. It looks to me like very fine cornstarch. I don't believe it's deserving of the price, but it does work. It looks very white , but does become invisible when it's brushed on. It feels nice and does the job it's intended to do providing a finished, not too matte look to foundation. It's unscented, a big plus IMO.

Does this contain talc?

do you have to buy it to fit your skin tone or does one color fit all color skin?

It's a very nice translucent powder that fits every skin tone extremely well. Applied over makeup it is a great way to finish and perfect any complexion, even if it's used alone. I definitely recommend it! :)

I can’t get the top off ??

Put your thumb nail between the black plastic and the powder container with your pointer finger on the opposite side. Work your way around moving your thumb up and down as you move around the container.
