I use this for cooking burgers, flat breads, pancakes and enlish crumpets. Works perfectly and provides a large cooking area.

Good but not the best

I place it on side of the BBQ grill to create a non-sticky and oily plate for meatballs, chicken and fish. It works perfectly well.

It gets rusty very easily just after hand washing it, before using it for the first time. No compliance with food safety standards

Maybe good for western cooking. But it’s too heavy to be used on regular basis for Indian food.

I used this in my oven (brushed with olive oil) on 450° to cook chicken souvlaki skewers. Put the skewers on and baked them for 20 mins, rotating. They turned out great!! Even heat distribution, easy to handle the grill as it’s a decent size. Def very happy with this purchase!

This cast iron baking tray is one of the best purchases that I've made. I use it to make personal sized pizzas but it could be used to cook anything you want to cook on it. I have a 10" cast iron fry pan but it didn't fit into my little convection counter top oven because the handle was about an inch too long. This baking tray is so perfect. It is pre-seasoned and such amazing quality and fits perfectly into my convection oven. After I use it, and because I found that nothing sticks to it because it is seasoned, I wipe it with a paper towel and spray a small spot of oil onto it and spread it very thinly over the surface to prevent any rusting. It lives in the oven of my stove between uses to keep it handy. I would recommend this to anyone who would listen. Buy it, you will be so happy that you did. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely what I hoped it would be. It fit my Two burners on my induction stove top. Spray with Pam and let it sit. Works well. Clean up, you just wash it and rub olive oil into it and put it away. Some work but worth it.
