Reliable, good battery, no issues
Simply what I need. Reliable connection, long battery life, no issue at all.

The maximum speed I got is 3mbps
I am satisfied with the performance. Reasonable speed, the battery life is between 4 to 5 hours, I have connected 5 phones and one laptop and it was good. Easy to carry, smaller than phone. I am using now for nearly one month, and there is no bad surprise. I recommend it to you for reasonable use.

Product is ok but even if i am a prime member, it took 5 days for the delivery. Then why they are charging for prime account. Utter waste service from Amazon.

Got hot quickly when using more than one device
Great for hotspot but when u have more device it turns hot faster

Good battery life, but frustrating signal drops
The battery life is solid and holds up well throughout the day. Performance is smooth while it’s working, But the problem is the connection. The signal drops out suddenly and randomly, and it’s happened multiple times, not just once. Restarting the device doesn’t really fix it either, the issue keeps coming back. For something I rely on to stay connected, this is a real letdown. Wouldn’t recommend.

Brand name sometimes works.
I have had a previous model modem from the same brand. That is way I opted to buy this one. I am not disappointed at all. Lovely improvements to design and feel. So far it is working very well.

Good for travel use. Works in Japan & Singapore.
Works with the Sakura 4G data SIM card that I inserted in it for Japan. Just need a little time to set it up the APN the first time for use in Japan. After that it works great. In Singapore, it detected the Starhub data SIM card & mobile network immediately without any fuss. Overall is a great mobile router to have when traveling. Reception in Japan & Singapore is good. Battery life of around 12 hours with 2 mobile phones connected.
