Something went wrong with the bottle!
I am very fond of this perfume but there was a serious problem with the bottle. The packet was sealed but we all know that repacking came be done. When I took the bottle off the box and opened the lid, the spray knob was already stuck as if someone had pushed it hard already and did not spray and then the knob came out. Sadly while trying to pull the knob the bottle fell and broke. I have used Kenneth Cole for several years, this is not the quality that was expected. Some thing surely has gone wrong either with the bottle or the spray knob.
