Very nice set
As a self taught artist, I am reluctant to spend money on art materials without the knowledge. Happy to say I love these brushes and they are a great investment, they are well made, no loose ferulles, and not much in the way of shedding. They hold water and paint well. Definitely recommend. Winsor and Newton have been very good supplies in my limited knowledge of their products but I will invest in more over time...

Expectations met
They are soft but really let me explore my preferences of snap in my brushes. The handle length was a concern I had going into my purchase. They were much longer than the travel brush I had from my first travel set pan.

Good but not great!
This is a very good starter set. Not incredible expensive and a large enough selection to have a complete basic starter set for watercolor. I did not give this product a 5-Star rating because the price for what you get was nothing amazing. If you need a complete starter set, this is a good choice.
