I'd say this product is a joke. It's basically cheap oxide with a splash of the 3 other forms....no wonder it's so inexpensive! For us as sellers, and users too, the taste is very acceptable addition to juices, shakes & salads (among others). At our company, our belief is that unless instructed otherwise, employees are suggested to take their supplements in powder (out of the capsule) when & if possible
