I am using it primarily to enhance my cognitive skills in light of my professional board exams in this month of September. Didn't help me. Made me drowsy more. Couldn't do anything when took this. Felt weaker. Not everyone will have this side effect. It was recommended by a herbalist for my drained and weak brain. Felt worse
