Thanks for your attention to our product.
You wanna know if this 7in1 USB C Hub works with external hard drvie or not ?
Please check your hard disk format is exFAT or not. Format:NTFS might not works.
In addition, because 2T or bigger hard disk needs a large current and voltage to read files, you can try to plug in the charging cable to provide current at the same time to try to see if your 2T hard disk can be read.

Can i transfer photos from the ipad to a usb flash drive? what is the process?

Yes, you can transfer photos from the iPad Pro to a USB Flash drive and from the USB to the iPad Pro. In the iPad Pro you will see the USB Flash drive in Locations, from there you can move the photos from the iPad Pro to the USB Flash drive. It will be more easy if you move the photo(s) to the iCloud Drive or to On My iPad, when you locate the photo (iCloud Drive or On My iPad you have to select it and then choose the option to move it to the Flash drive.

You can remove the grips when your iPad pro with a case,protector or Apple Smart Keyboard Folio.
For Lenrich keyboard/cover,we haven't tried it yet, you can buy our usb c hub to see if it could attach correctly.If not, a full refund and return is available.
