This was supposed to help as a colon cleanse. Sadly this doesn't help in any way. Even with a person who suffers with constipation this brings no relief. It actually made things worse.

DO IT!!
As someone with a connective tissue disorder( hEDS) I have a lot of GI issues. This stuff is magic!!! Very little side effects, works wonders provides great combo for clearing out guts. Super easy to take 2 pills twice a day. Maybe if youโre sensitive take just 1 and see how you feel. Make sure you chug a lot of water with it. Doesnโt taste the best but thatโs fine if it works. WHICH IT DOES!!! I used to take upwards of 8 laxatives a day with no luck but on day 3 of this wow wow wow!!! I think when Iโm past the 10 days recommended Iโll take just 1 a day or so. This stuff is magic.

I usually take the powered form of this as I find it seems to work better for me . But each person is different its still a great product.
