how do you get them off?

Before I put one on, I put of strip of face cream down the middle of my nose. I also crease the strip in the middle. It adheres well to the sides of my nose and comes off easier when I lift the sides together. In the beginning I used uni-solve, an adhesive remover wipe. I prefer the clear strips because cream on the bridge of my nose and creasing the middle makes the adhesive remover unnecessary.

Best way to get them off?

COCONUT OIL! I just slather a small amount all over (maybe a 1/4 of teaspoon-ish) and on the edges especially. By the time you've worked it in, it's already coming off. Just gently work it in and around. In about 30 seconds it's off. Wash the remaining glue with soap and warm water. Apply more coconut oil because it's just so good for you and your skin! I didn't want to wait for a shower. I'm currently using the original.

I see that European pads are made in Co. Wexford and Bournemouth in UK.

Great discovery!

I got these for my son, who always seemed to have his nose blocked. The first night I slept breathing through his nose rather than through his mouth! He is an athlete and he felt a great difference while training also! I also got the transparent ones for him so he could wear them during the day when training and playing football but they were not as good as these ones!Hope this helps!
