useless product
Windows stopped launching after i sign in. it just give me a black screen from the third or second time I use the laptop.also, the lid to open the laptop was too stiff and make cracking noises. (almost broke the whole thing)I sent it back today , hopefully amazon will help me out

Dishonest advertising
The item arrived and looked like the pictures. Sadly, Windows 10 requires larger available memory than the machine comes with. The machine was useless and my old laptop worked much faster.This shouldn't be sold with windows 10, which is why it was returned. Do not waste your money on this item.
