How to get the app to work, I've downloaded it and it's not working. Not sure how to connect, any advice please?

If the app is installed. It doesn't have buttons showing you just press your finger to the screen should then show joypad type controls

Is this unit only operating on 5G ???

Hello, No, this drone has a 2.4g frequency. Thank you!

Mine won’t connect to the controller. no matter what i do or how many times i try it it just doesn’t connect. and i know that i’m doing it right

I am also having this problem , the controller just won't connect . Brand new batteries, turn on drone , flashing lights . Long press power button on controller, push up then I hear a beep , then press down . Nothing happens and lights are still flashing . Also the app doesn't have settings for WiFi connection, and most of what I am seeing is its all in a foreign language. I was so looking forward to this .
