Do they sell the metal recipient as a replacement? I have one but my recipient has lost the black cover so my rice is starting to stick to the pot

yes, you should be able to but any part you need

Are instructions included for cooking grits, oatmeal or mac & cheese?

I didn't get any instructions for the items you mentioned only basic measurements for rice.

How do I use this product for 220 to 240 volts? ?

I do not know the answer to that. I bought two of these rice cookers and they are the standard 120 volts here in America. The reason I got these is that the other rice cooker I purchased was 230 volts and our house do not have commercial sockets/plugs. Here are 230 volt rice cookers: https://www.webstaurantstore.com/14617/commercial-rice-cookers-rice-warmers-and-sushi-rice-containers.html
