This belt is amazing. When I first bought this, I didn’t really feel anything and I gave up on it. But I found out my body was inflamed and so the decompression didn’t really help as much as the all the blood flow was still hitting my sciatic nerve. After I reduced the inflammation in my body, I was still suffering from sciatica- the leg pain. I tried so many other things until finally I decided to try it again. Well thank God that I did. Because this time, I felt the separation and the relief!!!! I started wearing it when I would feel pain, and the relief is so unbelievable. I wear it all day and I’m able to do the things I need to do. I still need to take sitting breaks as I’m still healing, but I don’t need to sit for long. I can’t sit long anyways for now. It’s really easy to use. Easy to inflate and deflate without hurting yourself more to do so. This helped me so much and I hope that it would help you the same.

Helps my wife with back problems

I am currently in the middle of a two month bout of severe sciatic pain. An MRI shows a 4 mm bulge at L4 L5, contacting the L5 nerve root. of course trying to get in to have anything done about. It is a huge waiting game with our broken medical system. I am having a epidural injection next week into my spine and that has taken two months to get. I received this item 3 days ago and it actually does help the pain comes back within 30 minutes to an hour of taking it off, but with that being said, just the fact that it helps to relieve the excruciating pain I have been in while I have it on is worth it’s weight and gold. There is no position that I can get into where I get relief and now I can have relief at least for a little while and anyone who has been in my position knows exactly what I’m talking about. At night I put it on as low as I can right at hip level and leave it there for a half hour or so, and then slowly move it up just to fully decompress the lower portion of my spine , I would recommend this device to anyone who was going through severe pain and see if it works. And it’s Amazon, so if it doesn’t, you can return it!

The idea of unloading some upper body weight by stretching the support vertically in the lumbar area is good, but it did not work. You have to squeeze yourself a lot to get an effect. Otherwise, the support is like any other mechanical support and it is not stiff enough to work. Also, the pump is very simple, and works slowly. Although you can pump up the support, it takes time. In summary, I prefer using a mechanical support like Mueller's.

I have had back problems for years. I go in spurts when I can’t stand up or it takes several try’s and lots of pain to do so. I just bought this and sure there is still some discomfort but I can sit stand walk or even lay down. I did one treatment with this belt and I fell better than I expected. Highly recommend and the extension works great as well

En un principio trabajó bien. Apreta bien y se inflaba fácil. Después de pocos usos perdia la presión de aire, se dañó la manguera y quedó como faja.

Excellent product, more than what I expected.i done usually inflate it , i am not sure if inflation will help with time . But without inflation it is really excellent to have. Helped a lot . Recommend it

I prefer using this over a standard back brace, as I find the air pockets provide more support and I do feel keeps my lower spine straight ( more so than standard back braces ). The only gripe I have is that I'm fairly thin with a waist of 31" and it doesn't feel as tight as I would have liked. To alleviate that I put a towel between my stomache and the brace and it makes the fit more tight and I feel much better support. In Conclusion, this doesn't provide as much decompression as the video suggests, BUT it definitely provides more support and decompression than regular back braces.

Articulo recomendable para personas que padecen de dolores lumbares o de ciática crónicos o agudos. Cumple muy bien con la misión de fijar la zona lumbar, más difícil de valorar es el estiramiento de las vertebras y su eficacia en reducir una hernia de disco si la hay. No es incomodo, pero si aparatoso para salir con él a la calle, salvo que uses una sudadera o ropa ampliamente holgada. Puedes usarlo tambien para proteger la zona lumbar en situaciones en que vayas a realizar trabajos de esfuerzo como levantar peso o torsiones forzadas. Salvo en fases agudas, no es recomendable su uso por mucho tiempo diario, sobre dos horas, no más, ya que su uso continuado, al igual que los corsé o fajas ortopédicas, puede debilitar nuestra musculatura lumbar principal protección de estas patologías. La calidad del material parece buena. esperemos que duren tiempo sin romperse las celdas que se inflan de aire.
