A LOT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED + a pro-tip
Pro-tip: you may want to get a pair of side snippets or wire cutters and GENTLY (or needle nose pliers and moderately gently) crimp the ferrule (metal part) just below the top of it where the bristles exit/enter it, then go down ~1mm and do it again, and then go down 1-2mm and do it one last time. It’ll GREATLY improve their durability, plus it’ll make it shed much muuuuch less and also it’ll keep that sharp line/90 degree angle at the tip of the bristles good and crisp for much longer! Be forewarned though, that if you use something with a sharp edge or edges, it is possible to snap through the metal or even the handle completely if you’re not careful. It’s totally avoidable, but you may ruin one or two out of 35 or however many brushes the pack of them contains figuring out how hard to crimp them. Now, as to the review:They are really actually pretty darn awesome, especially if you’re using them for single-use, one event situations, or for/with kids. For instance, if you’re using them for a painting party, so that they’re being used just for a few hours or a day or two, they’d be even better than they already are. But the fact of the matter is that I assumed, given the price, that they’d be pretty crummy. However, I was/am SUPER PLEASANTLY SURPRISED IN THE BEST WAY at how good they are (given their price) compared to how good I assumed they’d be because of their price!!! As in, there was the quality I assumed they’d be given their status as cheap, but they definitely outperformed that assumption, to be 100% honest! They’re not like, professional quality or anything, but I’m a hobbyist who uses paintbrushes all the darn time (I am a scale modeler, as in, I paint and assemble models, model cars in my case) and I’ve DEFINITELY spent MUCH MUCH more money on brushes that have died much faster, although I’m comparing those majority of other brushes I’ve bought to these AFTER I CRIMPED THEM (and not before). They’re not bad if you don’t crimp them, but they’re not as surprisingly awesome in that situation. Like, pre-extra crimps, you can easily grasp the bristles and pull and they pop out the ferrule super easy. Post-two or three extra crimps, that is no longer the case. I have to wiggle or really tug a few times in a row in order to yank those bad boys out now. Anyway, I think that they’re hugely worth the investment of trying them, imho.

Great value bulk brushes.
I purchased these for a Girl Scout troop to have a paint night. The brushes were good quality for the price, didn’t lose bristles and came fairly clean with minimal staining. One of the 80 had the bristles missing, but in the scheme of things-it was still a great value and a good product.

Bristles fell out first use
I bought these because I got tired of the kids ruining my cheap but good brushes. I figured if they lasted for one project I was fine with that. The kids tend to leave the brushes and go off to other interests, then come back.I tried out a brush using a very small dab of glue on the ends of the brush only, then rinsed it off and about half the bristles just pulled out. The glue was water based, and came off right away, so not sure why the bristles just came out like that. Wow! I figure at about twelve cents a brush, it's just ok. If I had planned to save the brushes, not okay. I will keep these, good for spur of the moment art projects. Then I will toss in the garbage. More added to landfill from cheap products. But with kids, I can't afford to buy more expensive brushes that go to ruin, and end up in landfill.

Does not apply paint well
I paint rocks and go through pens and brushes quickly. I should have known better than to purchase these brushes. Low price, a lot of brushes. I thought they were multiple sizes and that is my bad for not reading the description closely. My major complaint is they must don't apply acrylic paint well.

Well made, affordable, very pleased!
Perfect size, great quality! I used these for a 4-H group project. Children ranging in age from 6 to 18. They are a good width for painting small to medium sized works. The bristles are even, firm but flexible (not floppy like the ones from the school watercolors I used as a child), the ferrule is well attached, and the bristle length was consistent. Would absolutely purchase again.

Durable crafting brushes!
Fantastic bulk brushes for crafting. These brushes are surprisingly made very well. They stand up to crafting with glue as well as washing repeatedly with warm water to get the glue out. Nice size. Bristles are just the right stiffness/softness. Durable!

Several brushes but only two separate styles.
There were plenty of these brushes however most of them were the same type of brush! There were actually only two different styles. But they are fine for young five/six year old artist to use w/ watercolor.

Good quality brushes
Very nice paint brushes. They feel like good quality brushes and wash well after use. I bought them for my preschool class and they are the perfect brush to make straight lines and paint small areas. They are also a really good price.
