Exactly as described
First of all, it's exactly like the photo. My 9-year-old daughter loved the color and the style. It is well-padded, and the helmet is adjustable according to your child’s head size.

Too small
Siseing is wrong. They dont fit a 18inch head nevermind a 20inch.

Awkward fit, slides off constantly!
This helmet slides off my daughters head constantly, even though I followed the sizing suggestions and measured her head. The fit is awkward. Nothing seems to help adjust the fit - not dial and not straps. Waste of money, she won’t wear it, it’s not safe.

Doesn’t stay put
Had to return. It did not stay on my daughter’s head no matter how much I adjusted/ tightened it. It kept sliding back off of her head. So frustrating for her.
