Falastin: A Cookbook

i bought Jerusalem by sami and ottolenghi and loved and cooked most of its recipes it made me realize a palastinian cousine is way more than Manaeesh and zaatar and was abit hesitate about getting falastine book, thought it might be a repitition of something that i already have. buts its Not am glad i bought it. it complete the journey and adds alot of healthy, simple, uncomplicated recipes that has alot of soul in it.

Great cookbook with lots of delicious authentic Palestinian dishes. We have tried out many of the dishes in the book and they all turned out excellent.

Beautiful journey to Palestine through its food, stories and tradition. Great recipe beautifully displayed.

What a treasure. Missing out if you haven’t got one already. Getting this as a gift for all my family and friends. Absolutely beautiful
