Roadi ep21 EPB tool
The product worked perfectly on a 2010 A4 quarto. OBDII plug was a little difficult to connect, but once connected the tool worked as advertised and was very easy to navigate.

Product arrived as promise. Was only able to use it once to replace a caliper. Now, the device will not connect to my ecu!

Doesn't do what they say it will
It did not work as expected. We repair a lot of VW products and when the new style parking brake sysytem ( the emergency brake and rear calipers are electronically operated ) we needed a tool to provide efficient and reliable service. We encountered many systems that this was not compatible with. That is the reason I rate it as just a fair product. We ended up purchasing another system that works perfectly. Usually 99 percent of the products I purchase through Amazon do the job well and cost effective. This time was not one of those.

Decent
Decent little tool. Works ok. Doesn't diagnose anything or pull codes. MY fault for not reading description closer. Excellent at unlocking the electronic parking brake as long as they are not stuck or rusted too badly.

Works, but not easy
This item is the perfect tool to reset MB/Audi/VW electronic brakes, but make sure that the systems are deactivated correctly. Ours deactivation mode puts it in active mode, while the latter is reversed also. It was on a E500 Benz, but may work ok for Audi/VW. Still recommended due to the price!

2011 VW Tiguan
After much searching on YouTube, trying to figure a workaround to disengage the electronic rear parking brakes on my wife's 2011 VW Tiguan, I came across this little unit on Amazon. The reviews were really good, so I ordered it. It was worth every penny! Just hooked it up and deactivated the parking brake. 90 minutes later the rear pads and rotors were changed and the unit was then used to activated the parking brake. Saved myself hundreds of dollars doing it myself, rather than having the local dealership do the job. Cheaper than buying VAG COM software.

Very easy to use and understand
Very easy to use and understand. Took 10sec to disengage my e-brake on 2009 audi a4 quattro to change brakes. Spend the money and do the job right with this.
