These suppositories are great and helped heal a broken booty. It's basically lotion in solid form. It helps heal fissures (not a lot but enough) and also lubes the raceways so that a hard stool doesn't cause more fissures. While hemorrhoid medication and fissure medication conflict (one shrinks blood vessels, the other expands them) these suppositories are neutral and don't irritate either issue.Packaging is just OK. Sometimes it's hard to open the foil without breaking the suppository (they can be brittle in the winter). I just take a whole row and peel it open from the side, revealing one suppository at a time.final tip: if you suffer from broken booty, get a bidet
