Can this do horizontal and vertical flipping?

I don't believe it can do that. It's pretty much just plug it and it works. No app or settings. I would recommend doing your flipping before you feed it thru the black magic unit.

Will this convert hdmi 1080p to hdmi 1080i?

This is not a hdmi converter. It can convert SDI to HDMI and viseversa.

Das the device support sine, square, triangle waves?I need convertor who support input from 0,2ampers,and Range of frekfencies between 5hz and 5-10Mhz
