We have an issue with rats in between walls and floors in an old terraced house and have tried everything. We have blocked holes laid poison etc. The poison works as we have a massive void under the house not big enough for a cellar and is open to neighbours. I threw packets after packets of poison down and they took the lot within a few minutes. Week or two later it/they were dead but the house was left with the most horrendous smell rotting rats it’s disgusting. We weren’t able to get the corpse the access to under the house isnt big enough so we had to put up with it. Another week or two later we had a blue bottle fly infestation throughout the house yep disgusting again as we knew they had come from the dead rat!!!! This happened twice over the summer having young children and dead flies everywhere is not ideal. So we wanted another solution. Was very sceptical about a plug in but when we heard them between the floorboards above my head at night running around that was the last straw so we took the plunge and ordered two!! So far so good on the blue setting. Over a week and not heard anything at all. Hoping it’s not a fluke and they continue to work we now have 4 throughout the house. We have a cat she isn’t bothered by the noise even on red but we can hear it and it’s annoying so the blue is what we use and it’s fine no noise.

We've had an ongoing problem with unwanted visitors in our loft over the last few winters. Our landlord has used traditional pest control - bait and trapping - and we thought the problem had gone away. Then we heard loud noises in the roof on Christmas Eve, and it was definitely not Father Christmas! Realising that nobody was going to come out and solve the problem over Christmas, I ordered this device, having read through a great many reviews trying to decide which on to get. I'm really impressed. I like the fact that one unit covers our whole house and loft space, unlike many other which require a unit in multiple rooms. We've kept it on the medium setting, but turn it up to the high setting when we're both out (a rarity, thanks to lockdown!). As expected, the activity increased significantly in the first couple of days of use, and since then we've heard almost nothing. Highly recommended.

Ordered this as garage has been a haven for mice and I don’t want them in there nibbling our stuff. This arrived and was so easy to install, in fact you just plug it in and choose which setting you require from the traffic light system. I’ve had it plugged in for a few weeks now and am feeling happy that its working and the mice have decided to go elsewhere. Humans can’t hear it, it’s safe and uses a very small amount of electricity. I’m a happy customer.

Well this time last year I was running around screaming. Spiders about 4 of them scuttling out from under my bed. I've had this plugged in this year and honestly there are no spiders ( thank god ) in sight. It's great as you just plug in and forget about it. I was fed up of spending loads on menthol and peppermint sprays etc which were rubbish....I think this works so I recommend!

Bought two of these ultrasonic pest controllers..have one in the attic and one downstairs..they work extremely well and are very effective...they are very good value for money and very well worth buying...I have also recommended them to my friends. I have used electronic pest controllers in the past but they have not been at all effective ....I am very pleased that I purchased these particular ultrasonic pest controllers.

On first inspection, I'm really happy with the quality and build of the product.It comes with an instruction sheet to explain what the functions of the repeller do, however it really is as simple as plugging it in and selecting the desired mode. The 3 modes are for how bad infestation is in your home. I'm currently using it as a precaution, being winter and having seen the odd mouse come in due to the cold in the past, so currently have it on the lowest setting. This is easily changed, if needed, by pressing the Mode Button at the top of the device. Overall, so far, I am happy with the product.

So far so good - I was hearing increasing scratching in the ground floor extension wall (bathroom), and our cats were exasperated as couldn’t get to them, and it was frequent even during the day, so these pests were getting brazen! This product seems to have done the trick on blue (was worried to use red with the cats) , and in the first week a couple more scratchings were heard and then miraculously, nothing. 1 month in and I can still hear nothing. Now going to purchase one for the loft extension just in case any have been tempted to travel up...

We have a constant battle this time of year with mice invading our home, we normally use traditional traps to catch them, this year we wanted to try a bit more proactive after we found signs of the first visitor, we installed this in our kitchen where we think they normally arrive, and since installation we have yet to see signs of any visitors, and none of the traps have caught anything, so I am taking that as a win!Was sceptical pre-purchase, but it seems to be working, so I would recommend!
