Chains cannot be taken off unless cut
Great quality. Easy to install. Just 1 problem: The item is pre-attached to the chains so that makes it hard to adjust. I had to cut those chains off at Ace Hardware (for free) so I could adjust the length and attach this to the straps I use for the swing.

Big hit with the nieces
Second thing I've bought this brand (set of 2 swings too). Love them both. Quality is great. Have had nieces 4-8 on it, they had a blast. Plus my partner and I have hung off it and it holds no problem.
