Excellent well absorbed product. No aftertaste or stomach upset.

Been buying these for awhile. I don’t usually think about effectiveness until I think I’m coming down with something and up my dosage. Then, this brand shines!! No issues with taking it, either.

UPDATED: Shady buy-up of this product after CV-related news reports announced that zinc was an effective treatment and/or preventative measure. Just like toilet paper and other hoarding and price-gouging, you'll be lucky to not have to deal with these types of crooks in order to get what USED to be a cheap, readily-available supplement. Shame too, because it was a good one. If you see this product selling for more than $5 per bottle, it's a price-gouging hoarder who bought out the supply. Don't buy, if so... I've not taken it long enough to give a thorough review, but I've already noticed improvements in my body (especially with cognition, food-to-energy conversion, and the biggie: gut-health, which zinc is essential to). Many people have a big zinc deficiency and have never even known it. 30 MG is really the most you need, especially for this version. I research supplements heavily through labdoor . com; before scouting and comparing where to buy. For the money, this is the best zinc supplement out there. Quality = high. Absorption = high. Dosage = approximate. For mind, mood, gut-health, and overall energy levels to be what they need to be (for guys, especially), I would suggest pairing this supplement with: Magnesium Chealate (or Glycinate) - 200mg twice daily, Vitamin D3 (4-5 IUs), a really good B-Complex (with natural B-12 and Foliate, NOT folic acid), and L-Theanine - 200mg twice daily. I've began to use Ester-C twice per week, as a 500mg capsule (which is easy on the stomach). These, in conjunction will help repair the body from years of eating junkfood and malnourishment and to get the major body systems and hormones back in check. The rest that you need (fatty acids, proteins, antioxidants, etc) can be gained through diet. No amount of dieting can replenish the necessary amounts that the average person needs to function at their peak - without supplementation of these particular ones, I've found. This comes from years of study and research with medical personnel and dieticians / fitness experts. I'm by no means a health nut or do the gym thing (which I probably should be doing), but I've noticed a remarkable improvement in many areas of my body. Not placebo effect. Real changes - for the better.
