does your product work on windows 8 ????

I havn't got windows 8 but I don't see why not as it just goes into a usb 2 port.however you can go to http://suport.roxio.com and ask them.all I did was put the disc into my computer,downloaded the sortware plugged into a usb 2 and away I went.hope this helps.

I bought this device to convert some of my Mother's cassettes to MP3 so that I could copy them to a USB flash drive for her car. I found that it misses the first of each track if you want it to convert all the tracks without stopping between them. The software that you use to edit the tracks is Audacity which you can get free online. I found the time involved made it a burden. I've since bought a cassette deck designed to convert the cassettes of course it costs more.

On my cover of the box it states Windows 7, Vista, and XP. Win 7 is usually a good bet to work in Win 8, even if it is in x86 mode. I'd give it a try. See if it comes up when you insert the CD. If Win 8 does not like it it tells you right away.

Is this hard to set up with windows 10? have a usb and rca jack turntables. can\t get either to work with audacity

I worked with a reel to reel that has RCA jacks on Windows 10 without problems or special setup.
