Pilates Springboard, Wall Mounted, Balanced Body Resistance Springs

To supplement my Pilates practice, I ordered this springboard. It is the same one that is used in Club Pilates, without the ballet barre. So everything that I have learned in class, I can do at home. It is well-made, and it comes in one piece. All you need to do is mount it to the studs in the wall (or have someone do it for you). It comes with a dowel, two sets of springs, and a bar to mount at the base. Very sturdy, and should last for years to come. Delivery was quick.

Fits in nicely to our garage gym. Love that it's just on the wall and doesn't take up space so we still have floor room for other types of exercises. It's very sturdy and well made. Tho my husbands comment was "I could have made that with some plywood for less than 100 dollars" But it is beautifully made and it's quick to put together and put up. In terms of content, there are free YouTube classes by Bennie Barre Pilates Studio. They are pretty short, but if you subscribe to her Patreon page, you get 30+ full length classes. It really helps you make the best use of the springboard.

Professional quality board, the same product used by Club Pilates. Does not come with video instruction, but many are available on YouTube. Provides a space saving way to do many many pilates exercises. If you don't have room for a reformer, or don't want to spend the added cost, this is a great solution.

My husband and I get a lot of use of the Springboard. There are so many different exercises that you can perform on it. It is sturdy and is made of quality material. It fastened to the wall easily.

It is exactly the same high quality as Club Pilates. Comes with the leg springs w single loop foot straps, arm springs w foam triangular handles, a foot bar to attach at the bottom and a roll down bar to attach to the springs. One was missing the neoprene handles, and the company was very accommodating and promptly sent them separate. Great customer service and extremely high quality.

I have been working out since 1976. I started running and then picked up weigh training. Continued both until 2014 when I started Pilates. The Springboard classes were my favorite because of my weigh training I had the form down and loved figuring out new exercises on it. This is by far my best purchase. No need for a trainer, gym, pilates studio and with some of the money I saved I bought a bicycle! Now I just need to add a full length mirror to my studio and I am set.
