DEWALT 20V MAX Cordless Heat Gun, Tool Only (DCE530B)

Works great, used for heat shrink core ID'S within PLC.Brought 18v batteries separately and still produces required heat.

Total rubbish, doesn’t generate much heat.More heat from my backside lol.

The blower is so slow and heat come soooo late. I am really dissapointed in Dewalt, what were they thinking when designing this?!?? For this application, i will still stick back to wired heat gun instead. This one will head head straight to the "Museum"

I put the heat gun through a good test going through several 5 hour 20vMAX batteries and it worked flawlessly on both the low and the high heat setting. I bought it during the Amazon Days sale for a great price so I was hoping it would hold up like my other tools, and it did fantastic. I definitely recommend for heat shrinking electrical wire sleeves, and it made short work defrosting a frozen coil. And the manual trigger lock keeps both your hands free when needed. Great product.
