Definitely size down so you don’t have to return.
I am a size 7 in woman but after reading the reviews that they run big I sized down to a 6. They fit perfect.

Im a size 6 1/2 for womens. I mainly ordered these shoes to use for work and they have lasted for awhile. I love using them for outfits as well. The size fits true.

Perfect, true to size (slightly wide for slim feet but perfect with the double sock), no need to break them in.
