Bought it december 2023 to be used mainky for smoothies , the blade is not working anymore for peanut-banana smoothie ,DisappointedUpdate om march 2024Contacted them , the warranty people very helpful they fixed it in 2 days , blades had ti be changed

Perfect purchase if you need a food processor for 1 month, because it will break down after that.First thing to yield was the poorly fitted jar couplers (they had a big play even when new). You need to buy the again, which is Abt 25% of the mixie price. Then the coupler mounted on motor spindle goes free and rotates freely. This has no repair option and you need to buy a new one. Not to mention, you need a triangle head screwdriver to even try looking into this machine, so add another 25% cost of screwdriver (which you will never ever use again).The quality of plastic used in internal and external is poor and it yields at the first load.So even though the machine is rated 750W, the design of the jar, couplers and spindle is not designed for even 250W worth.

Meet expectations

Very powerful and reliable, great grips for the product to have less vibrations. A little trouble sometimes as it’s a little to fast for the paste to blend and ends up blending less or requires constant pausing and mixing by hand.

6 month I’m using and this is so perfect. I use with wisely, thanks Amazon.

Jug broke already two times in 3 years

I loved using this juicer just bought it a week before it works perfectly and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, I lost the juicer head and would like to know if it’s possible to purchase this part separately. Thank you

its not working!!!!! seriously guys how can you deceive customers like these, i had vetted my trust on the brand (black and decker) and the supplier (Amazon) to be fooled like this. its my first rime using since it was bought so yeah i know it cant be returned. 2 in a row..2 in a row disappointment. so yeah bye…not again
