Avoid buying this product-MacBook. Unsatisfactory purchase experience. Not a new product. First of all it is supplied by an outside vendor (Q-Tech General Trading LLC) and not by Apple. Second, the device serial number mentioned on invoice is wrong. Third, to my surprise the device was already activated last year so I cud not purchase 2 years' extended warranty from Apple directly. Totally Bad experience and huge time waster. The only better part is the way Amazon representatives spoke with me an obelised. They did ther job well. However, Amazon still needs to confirm receipt of my mail and to write back that the correct serial number has been noted by their 'technical warranty team'. Amazon did not revert to my last week's mail yet. Hope nothing happens with my MacBook for one year so that I don't need to break my head again with Amazon warranty team. I just hope.....

My experience with Apple products whatever they are from iPhone to pads to laptops has been below standard and very poor. This one, the screen started making lines and having problems after three months. luckily I had upgraded to apple care...... even more money and they fixed it under warranty. NEVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT WITHOUT APPLECARE IF YOU REALLY WANT TO STICK TO APPLE. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO ....... SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY!

Excellent service and product. The product was very properly packed and it was factory sealed. I personally believe this is even better than the new MacBook Pro 14 because this has the touch bar which is amazing. It looks great and very useful. I think removing it from the newer MacBook Pro is a very bad decision from Apple. I strongly recommend this device. On my first use the battery lasted for more than 18 hours. This is truly portable and powerful computer.
